Permission
If you want to reproduce one of our paintings, it requires our prior written permission in the form of (1) a signed License Agreement and (2) registered payment of license fee.

Obtaining permission is also known as clarification of the rights issue for the material in question. A fee will be charged for this. Reproduction includes any use in both printed and digital media, even if you may receive the material elsewhere, including from 3rd man or the Internet. We pursue abuse and any reproduction of material without prior permission.

(1) Complete and send us a signed License Agreement
(2) Transfer license fee for use of the Gavnø Fund’s rights.

Photos
High-resolution TIFF files or JPG files are submitted in accordance with the terms of our License Agreement.
